Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and DevCode Ltd ("we"), registered in England & Wales, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, for the use of Mennu. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Mennu lets restaurants, cafés and similar businesses publish digital menus, print QR codes and receive orders and requests from guests. We may improve and change features over time.
Your account
You must give accurate information, keep your password safe and be authorised to act for the venue. You are responsible for activity in your account and for the people you give staff access to.
Trial, plans and payment
New venues get a free Pro trial without a card. After the trial the venue moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, in the currency shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the Billing page and keep paid features until the end of the period. Except where the law requires, payments are not refundable. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.
Your content
You keep ownership of your menu, photos and other content. You give us a licence to host, process, translate and display it to provide the service. You are responsible for its accuracy — including prices, allergens and dietary information — and for having the rights to it. AI translations and imports are suggestions; please check them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Mennu for unlawful, misleading or harmful content, to send spam, to attack or overload the service, or to resell it without our permission. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Mennu available and secure but provide it "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Mennu and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breaches. You can export your menu before your account is closed.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. We will tell you about important changes by email or in the panel before they apply.
